How To Get The Whip In Elden Ring

How To Get The Whip In Elden Ring. Elden Ring features a huge range of weapons, some of which are reintroduced from previous FromSoftware games, such as the Zweihander, and others which are wholly new to Elden Ring, such as the Lordsworn Greatsword. One of these returning weapons is the Whip, a classic item from the beginning of the Souls series that has been given new life and power in Elden Ring.

There are several rapid weapons in the game, but the Whip stands out since its damage is entirely inescapable. It’s also a little more potent in Elden Ring than in prior games, thus it’s a weapon that every player should attempt at least once (even if it is a Dex-based weapon).

The Whip is one of the few weapons in Elden Ring that can deliver damage even if a player is blocking, and it can’t be parried. Whips, on the other hand, cannot deal Critical Damage. Hence they are normally used in conjunction with another weapon in the same hand. There are several Whip-like weapons throughout the game. But the ordinary Whip is the first one that players will come across.

The Whip can be found in Castle Morne, southeast Limgrave’s southernmost point. After passing past the Castle’s main courtyard, look behind the gathering of demi-humans for a ladder leading above. There are a few flying opponents to deal with here, but once they’re dead. Travel across the walkway and seek for a spot to drop down below the wall to a visible Site of Lost Grace.

Head down the cliffs from Behind The Castle Lost Grace and onto the domed building close. To the left of a thin bridge (there are a lot of demi-humans here, but they aren’t hostile). Continue to descend until you reach a structure with a hole in the roof. Drop onto wooden beams and carefully descend to find the Whip on a corpse in the room below. But beware: there are a few rats and a demi-human lurking around the corner, ready to ambush you.
