Update 14.2 for PUBG: New Features
The new 14.2 update for PUBG will be available on November 3rd, and it will include a Mortar weapon for the Taego map. Mortar weapons can fire massive projectiles that deal massive damage; however, players must be certain of the position of the enemies before firing because this weapon is not accurate. The Mortar has a range of 700 metres, but it takes some time to set up. The M79 Smoke Grenade Launcher is a new weapon in the latest update.
You will now see chickens on the Taego map, which will aid you in adding detail to the map. When they sense danger, the chickens begin to flee, alerting your enemies to your location. The sound of punching, gunshots, footsteps, exhaust, and engine sounds frightens the chickens, but you can shoot them to get rid of them.
When a player is knocked out in the water, the new Down but Not Out (DBNO) state allows them to reach the shore and be revived. The players can swim to the shore and be revived by their teammates. The latest PUBG 14.2 update adds a new location to the Taego Deathmatch preset in custom matches, joining Palace, Field, Mountain, Shipyard, and Mara.
