The Horror Game is a multiplatform demo for any machine it runs after the well-received Maiden demonstration. That said, depending on the platform you play, the demo is time-limited and different, so this is a little complicated.

**S IS THE RESIDENT EVIL VILLAGE DEMO ON?**

Resident Evil Village demo versions of PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and Google Stadia are available on all PCs. Every platform will be on for the final game! This trial version allows players to play parts of the castle and of the town for 60 minutes.

Since the trial version is available on all those platforms at the same time, the PS4 and the PS5 players can still run portions of the demo at an early stage. Two different demonstrations will give players the opportunity for 30 minutes each to play on the castle and village stages.

**WHAT TIME DOES THE RESIDENT EVIL VILLAGE DEMO BEGIN AND END?**

If you want to play this demo, there are three separate windows to be aware of:

If you’re on PS4 or PS5, the Village early access demo will begin on April 17 at 8 p.m. Eastern and will run until 4 a.m. Eastern on April 18.
The second Castle early access demo begins on April 24 at 8 p.m. Eastern on April 24 and will run until 4 a.m. Eastern on April 25. As a reminder, you will have 30 minutes to play those levels during those windows.
If you’re not on PlayStation, you’ll have to wait a bit before you can play a version of the demo that contains both the Castle and Village levels for 60 minutes. It will begin at 8 p.m. Eastern on May 1 and will last until 8 p.m. Eastern on May 2.

CAN I PRE-LOAD THE RESIDENT EVIL VILLAGE DEMO?

Well, yeah, you should! Both three imminent demonstrations can be pre-loaded for Resident Evil Village. The two early access preview opportunities can be preloaded on PS4 and PS5 now. With regard to the multiplayer demo, EASTERN ON APRIL 29 will be ready for pre-charge.

Because all three versions of the demos are available only for a short period, you certainly want the beta to be pre-loaded. If you do, then as soon as they go live you can play this preview!
