When you accept the We’re (Un)Jammin’ Yaran Story mission, you are tasked with destroying the McKay Wave Jammers in the El Este region.
When flying a helicopter in the area where the jammers are located, it is easier to spot them. You must climb the towers or containers in order to interact with the circuit and destroy it.
You should bring your EXTERMINADOR Supremo for this one. With a single button press, you can clear out the jammer locations.
The following are the locations of all 11 McKay Wave Jammers that must be disabled in order to complete the We’re (Un)Jammin’ Yaran Story in FC6:

When you play the Tourist Trap Main Story mission, you will encounter the first jammer. Go to the objective and eliminate all enemies in the area.
When you’ve defeated the enemies, climb up the container and interact with the circuit to disable the jammer.

Go to the location and climb the tower using the grappling hook. To disable the jammer, interact with the circuit.

Get to the top of the La Joya Local PDP Office at the designated location and use the zipline to reach the wave jammer on the tower.

You can get to the tower by climbing on a container in the area.

Get to the top of any hill in the marked area near the tower. Fly to the tower in your wingsuit or hire a helicopter to get there.

To get to the jammer, look for crates in the area and climb on top of them.

Go to the designated spot and climb the red container.

Get rid of the enemies at the designated location and climb to the top of the red container. There is a circuit with which you can interact to disable the wave jammer.
