Bow (Recurve)
The Recurve Bow is the first type of bow. It’s a basic weapon, which means you can’t use it until you upgrade it. To obtain it, simply construct the Guerilla Garrison at any of your existing camps.
If you already have two other facilities set up at a camp, you’ll have to build the Garrison somewhere else, as Far Cr says.
Compound Bows
The Compound Bow is a step up from the Recurve Bow and includes mod and attachment support. The Compound Bow deals more damage as an upgraded weapon, but that’s about it in terms of special features.
You’ll get this for upgrading your Garrison to level two.

El Capriote is the hunter’s ally and causes additional harm to animals. It also includes a scope, but you’ll need to upgrade it to enable mod support.
It’s simple to obtain this one. Simply construct the Hunter’s Lodge in a camp, and you’ll receive El Capriote right away.
Bows in Far Cry 6: Bullseye Location
Bullseye is the only one-of-a-kind bow in Far Cry 6, and the only one you must hunt for.
Go to El Este, which is near the western coast, and stop at the location shown below.
As you get closer, you’ll notice a Contraband icon appear alongside the weapon symbol.
Bullseye has several distinct advantages:
- Precision Arrows: Arrows fly straighter over longer distances.
- Crosshair Sight: Crosshair bow sight
- High Ground: Deals higher damage to enemies below you.
- Headshot Supremo: Headshot kills charge up the Supremo faster
