The original Gosens Rulebreakers had higher overall defending stats of 86, but lower shooting stats of 70. All of Gosens’ defending attributes will be over 85 with this card, including 85 Interception, 87 Heading Accuracy, 86 Defending Awareness, and 87 Standing and Sliding Tackle. However, his shooting is impotent when all of his shooting numbers are under 75, with the exception of 80 Positioning. Clearly, this card is better suited to your left-back position than his allocated position of left midfielder.
The second version of Gosens changes his defence and shooting numbers, making him a good fit for your LM. You may even put him on your LW now, with 87 shooting overall, 95 positioning, 92 finishing, and 87 shot power. Penalties of 60 are his sole shooting shortcoming, but who cares and who will appoint him as a penalty taker? However, with only 67 Defending Overall, 66 Interception, and 70 Standing Tackle, Gosens’ defending stats imply that he will be largely redundant in the defending field.
However, the stats for Pace, Passing, Dribbling, and Physicality are the same in all editions, and they’re all amazing. This is the SBC you should not miss, featuring 86 Pace, 81 Passing, 85 Crossing, 84 Physicality, 92 Stamina, and 91 Jumping. The only thing you need to worry about is which Gosens you want to use: the defensive or attacking version.
