How To Hatch Eggs Fast In Pokemon Brilliant Diamond And Shining Pearl. Trainers in Pokemon Brilliant Diamond and Pokemon Shining Pearl will occasionally receive a Pokemon Egg during their journey. This could have come from a Hiker NPC in Hearthome City or Riley on Iron Island. However, there are other ways to obtain Pokemon Eggs, such as breeding Pokemon at the Pokemon Daycare. Certain Pokemon, such as Riolu, can only be obtained through Eggs, so using the Daycare to help fill out the Pokedex is a good idea.

There’s a chance that leaving a female and male Pokemon of a compatible species at the Daycare centre will result in the production of a Pokemon Egg. Hatching Eggs in Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl is similar to previous core Pokemon games, and

The Traditional Way of Hatching Pokemon Eggs

Pokemon Eggs usually hatch after a certain number of steps are taken in-game. One species, such as Pichu, takes 2560 steps to hatch, whereas Piplup, a starter Pokemon, takes 5120 steps. Trainers, unlike in Pokemon GO, cannot place Eggs in incubators and must have at least one slot open in their party. As a result, having a long path to walk/bike up and down is the best way to hatch Eggs.

Trainers who leave Pokemon at the Daycare but do not receive Eggs should consider replacing one of the Pokemon with a Ditto. Breeding Pokemon with different Trainer IDs is a faster way to increase Egg output at a Daycare.

Using Modifiers to Hatch Pokemon Eggs

Pokemon always have a variety of Abilities. These Abilities have an impact both inside and outside of combat. Flame Body, for example, occasionally inflicts Burn if the Attacker comes into contact with it. Outside of battle, however, this Ability is useful for hatching Pokemon Eggs.

Magmar, Magmortar, Slugma, Magcargo, Ponyta, Rapidash, and Camerupt are the Pokemon with the Flame Body ability in Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl. Remember that Ponyta, Rapidash, and Camerupt have the Hidden Ability Flame Body. Flame Body, on the other hand, is a natural ability (or second Ability) for Magmar/Magmortar and Slugma/Magcargo.

To use Flame Body outside of battle, the Flame Body-Pokemon must be in the same party as the Egg. This will “incubate” the Egg and reduce the number of steps required to hatch it. The Ability will still work even if the Pokemon with Flame Body faints.

Those who aren’t in a hurry to hatch Pokemon Eggs can simply do so the normal way. This strategy should be tried by someone who wants to Shiny Hunt and fill their entire team with Pokemon Eggs.

Finally, Cycling Road is a good place to hatch in Sinnoh. This is a long bridge that connects Eterna City and Route 207. It is recommended to battle all of the trainers ahead of time so that they do not interfere with the trainer transitioning from one to the other.
