One of the reasons why many of the caster builds in Diablo 2 don’t function for all five acts is that they’re too powerful. Because creatures gain immunity and resistance to magic, they are resurrected. It’s tough to propose spellcasting to beginning players because they’ll have to divide their attention between three sorts of damage.
In Diablo 2, however, there is a caster build: Physical and magical harm is dealt by the resurrected. The Wind Druid is a formidable opponent, beginning strong and improving during the game, and capable of dealing damage to adversaries of all types and abilities. Some classes have endgame skills that are very useful, and the Druid has a couple of them. The Cyclone Armor blocks all elements except poison, allowing the Druid to focus on damage rather than defence. Twister and Tornado are both physical damage spells that can be cast at the same time. Hurricane will deal cold damage to any physically immune creature that enters the battlefield.

The Druid will require 156 strength to equip the Monarch shield with the Spirit Runeword. Every other piece of equipment has a lower standard. Having a 75 percent block probability with dexterity will aid in blocking erroneous assaults that the Druid’s summons have allowed to pass. There will be no requirement for energy investment because the mana required to cast these spells will be provided by potions and spells. Despite being a caster, the Druid may be an effective tank by putting every available attribute in vitality.

Several of the things on this list will be known to anyone who has built characters using the greatest Runewords in the game. When Druid players are struck or encircled, the charms’ Balance will aid them in getting back to running and casting. Emerald on minor charms is only required until you reach 75 percent poison resistance; remember that Cyclone Armor will protect you from the rest of the damage.

Although not every character can benefit from the mercenary, the Desert Mercenary from Act 2 is an excellent companion for the Druid. The Holy Frost aura on the Defensive variant freezes and slows foes who are resistant to cold damage (Hurricane does not piece this resistance).

Leveling With The Build
Surviving the game’s toughest bosses before being able to farm up is extremely challenging. That’s understandable, therefore this advice won’t help anyone who still needs to get their gear and stats in order. The Wind Druid may be used for both levelling and farming; it simply takes some careful planning in terms of stats and skills.
Skill Order
As tempting as it may be to immediately max out one of those skills, it is not a wise decision in the long run. All it takes is one unlucky elite mob roll for enemies to exploit an unbalanced character. To stay well-rounded, invest one point in each of the build’s recommended skills. After that, put two points into each of the four summoning abilities. Early on, this will aid with tanking and damage. Then, until all of the key skills have reached level twenty, evenly level them up.
Stat Priorities
Players should focus on balancing survivability and damage production, according to the pro suggestions. Put three points in strength and one point each in vitality and dexterity until strength reaches 156, which is enough to equip the Wind Druid’s heaviest armour. After that, increase your dexterity by two points and your vitality by three points until your shield blocking is at 75%. After that, put all into vitality.
