How To Get A Pichu Early In Pokemon Legends: Arceus.Pichu is the pre-evolved version of Pikachu, and it can found quite early in Pokemon Legends: Arceus – here’s how to find it.
In Pokemon Legends: Arceus, the initial locale, Obsidian Fieldlands, has no shortage of Electric-type Pokemon. Cyllene’s first mission demands trainers to capture three distinct Pokemon, one of which being Shinx, an Electric-type Pokemon. Players who dissatisfied with Shinx but want an Electric-type as soon as possible might look for Pichu.
Trainers must walk up to the Pokemon for battling or catching in Pokemon Legends: Arceus, as opposed to using the Random Encounter system. There are common and unusual types of Pokemon, like with any Wild Pokemon. Common Pokemon can be found almost anywhere and can found quickly. Rare Pokemon, such as Pichu, may only appear at specified times of the day and wander specific areas.
In the Obsidian Fieldlands, Pichu
In the Obsidian Fieldlands, Pichu can spawn in two different locations. To the far right of Aspiration Hill/Fieldlands Camp is where you’ll find it first. Pichu will only appear during the day, which adds to the confusion. Trainers can rewind the clock by talking to the Fieldlands Camp NPC. Start trekking along the river that divides the Obsidian Fieldlands by selecting “Until lunchtime.”
Players will able to see an area with shallow water and sections of land that can walked along if they are on the right path. Do not attempt to cross the river. Trainers that do so run the chance of running into an Alpha Snorlax, who will attack right away.

Pichu can found by looking at the image above. If there are Wurmple crawling around, trainers will know they’re at the right place. Pichu may seen strolling in the grass if you’re lucky.
When approaching Pichu, be cautious because it is a fearful Pokemon who will escape if it sees you. Using the Back Strike Technique, try catching it. By creeping up on a Pokemon and throwing a Poke Ball at its back, you can use this approach. Because the capture rate is lower, the chances of catching a Poke Ball are substantially better than if you throw it from the front. Trainers can also throw their Pokemon when Pichu’s back turned, but if they wait too long to weaken it, Pichu will flee.
Evolving Pichu
Pichu evolves into Pikachu through companionship, as fans of the series are aware. When Pichu’s friendship reaches a certain level, it will develop into Pikachu. In Pokemon Legends: Arceus, trainers can check their Friendship Level by chatting to Belamy beside the Pastures in Jubilife Village.
Before Belamy can check Friendship Levels, the mission “The Frenzy of the Lord of the Woods” must finished and the mission “Arezu’s Predicament” must accepted.
