A Shiny Stone could found on the ground by a Pokemon in your party that has the Pickup ability. On occasion, this ability will allow your Pokemon to locate objects for you. However, to ensure that you receive anything, make sure the Pokemon isn’t holding any items already.

Get Togepi

Finally, you could always catch a Togepi and level it up from there. If you interested in obtaining a Togekiss but don’t currently have a Togetic. But you’ll have to catch it in the Grand Underground.

To try to get it to spawn, use the Explorer’s Kit to enter the Grand Underground. And travel to either the Fountainspring Cave or the Dazzling Cave. It may take several room resets to get Togepi to appear because of its comparatively low spawn rate.
