To earn the ability to communicate with the Mistbegotten Warrior and the Crucible Knight, defeat them. When you defeat Radahn a star will fall to Earth, exposing the road to Norkon, The Eternal City. This can be located in Limgrave, in front of Fort Haight.

The Liurnia Divine Tower

Pass the Mimic Tear boss fight on your way through the zone. This is where the Ancestral Woods may found. To get to the Site of Grace, turn left and walk through a series of rooftops and towers. Night’s Sacred Grounds is the name of the location. Continue to descend into the region until you come upon another Site of Grace. In front of the Site, there are many Silver Tears and a huge finger reader seated in a chair that towers over the area. The chest housing the Blade can found beneath the chair.

Go to the Caria Manor now to finish the zone. You’ll able to go behind the manor once it’s finished. Talk to Ranni at Ranni’s Rise (seen below) until she gives you the Carian Inverted Statue.

Return to the Carian Study Hall and set the statue atop the entry pedestal. This will flip the tower and allow you to reach the previously inaccessible elevator. This will lead you to the Divine Tower of Liurnia and the bridge depicted on the map.
