Photos, videos, reels, IGTV videos, and stories that deleted immediately removed from your account and placed in the Recently Deleted section. For up to 24 hours, stories that have deleted but are not in your archive will remain in the folder. Everything else will deleted promptly after 30 days.

- From Google Play or the App Store, get the most recent version of Instagram.

- Your recently erased content will appear on the screen.
- Then tap the three dots icon at the top of the screen, then tap the post you want to retrieve.
- You now have the option of permanently deleting or retrieving the post. Tap Restore to get your deleted posts restored.
- For security reasons, you must first verify that you are the one who is restoring. A one-time password will sent to your phone number or email address (OTP)
- Finally, click the Confirm button after entering the code into the box.
You can easily recover your deleted Instagram posts or stories by following these steps.
Once you’ve completed the instructions, your deleted post will appear on your profile. If you shared a story less than 24 hours ago, it will show up on your profile and viewed by others; It will found in the Stories Archive folder.
