Can You Hide From Anna In Devour

Can You Hide From Anna In Devour. One of Devour’s fearsome foes, Anna, is present at the farmhouse. The best way for gamers to deal with her is to calm down and hide.

Far in the best of circumstances, survival horror is a risky genre, and attempting to survive with pals makes things even more difficult. In Devour, it can be challenging to coordinate the moves of an entire team against hazardous enemies, navigate in the dark to fulfil an objective, and maintain morale.

The farmhouse serves as the game’s introductory map. But that doesn’t mean that the possessed woman wandering its halls easily defeated. Sometimes Anna can calmed. Other times, the only hope of survival lies in the player’s ability to run or hide. Here’s everything that players need to know about calming and hiding from Anna on the farmhouse.

The Hunt for Anna

To remain alive long enough to finish the ritual is the goal of calming down and running away from Anna. The player must stay away from Anna (the farmhouse’s boss) and the minions while liberating goats, tempting them with hay, and finally burning them at the altar. The more goats the players are able to sacrifice, the more furious and dangerous Anna will become. It becomes more difficult to survive as the boss grows faster and the demons she commands multiply.

The best course of action is to have all four of the remaining goats brought to the altar and killed one by one, as doing so will prevent Anna from hunting players while she is much more furious and dangerous. Players will be able to tell when to stop trying to calm Anna and begin hiding because Anna will develop horns to mark her growing irritation.

While Anna stunned by the UV light, the player can use it to slay demons. Because flashlights recharge slowly, it is best to use their energy judiciously. It’s frequently preferable to simply flee from a demon if it confronts the player but isn’t blocking the road, preserving the UV battery for calming Anna.

More stuns needed to calm Anna the further along in the ritual the players are:

  • Sacrificed Goats: 1-3 stun
  • 2 stuns and 4-7 goats sacrificed
  • 3 stuns from the sacrifice of 8+ goats.

Late in the game, stunning Anna is essentially useless because she won’t significantly slowed down. The better course of action at this point is to conceal.

Fortunately, hiding from Anna is more simpler than from the Asylum’s manager, Molly. The farmhouse loops back on itself, which makes it simple for players to hide from Anna once they’ve amassed the keys to the closed rooms, which is the major purpose. Knowing which rooms are the best to hide in when the ritual’s finish is in sight is quite helpful. Some rooms are better than others for concealing. Having many escape routes and quick access to colleagues is often better.

A player must turn off their lights, stop moving, listen for auditory cues, and stay still until Anna has passed their hiding place in order to successfully conceal. The team has a good chance of escaping Anna’s pursuit if they prepared to shock the boss and flee if they discovered.
