New Content

  • Archives’ “Tome 12: DISCORDANCE” (starts July 20th 11 AM ET)
  • On the McMillan Estate map, the pool now has 5 maze tiles.

Changes In Gameplay

  • One survivor can fix a generator in 90 seconds (was 80 seconds)
  • Killers now start regression and suffer a 2.5 percent loss of progress when they kick a generator.
  • Bloodlust trigger times have been decrease from 35 seconds for Tier 3 to 15 seconds for Tier 1. (was 15 seconds, 30 seconds, and 45 seconds)
  • Killer activities have been accelerate by 10% in the following areas:
    • After a successful hit, the cooldown period has been lower to 2.7 seconds (was 3 seconds)
    • A generator may now started in just 1.8 seconds (was 2 seconds)
    • A pallet or wall can now kicked in 2.34 seconds (was 2.6 seconds)
  • When hit, the Survivor’s speed boost now lasts for only 1.8 seconds (was 2 seconds)
  • No perk is necessary; survivors now have a modified version of Borrowed Time as a basic skill.
    • Unhooked survivors now have a 7% movement speed bonus and 5 seconds of endurance.
  • If the Survivor engages in a Conspicuous Action, the speed increase and endurance benefit cancell.
    • This includes fixing a generator, treating injuries to oneself or others. Blessing or cleaning a totem, sabotaging a hook, releasing a survivor, and activating an exit gate.
    • A new chapter and description have been add to the game manual.
  • Now, the influence of Endurance status reversed by conspicuous actions.
  • If a survivor sustains a deep wound, endurance cannot stop them from going into the dying condition.

  • Chipotle and barbecue
    • Bloodpoint bonus eliminated
  • Ineffective Intervention
    • Added: When any Survivor enters the dying condition, Corrupt Intervention deactivates.
    • Note that even if no Survivor enters the dying state at that time, the perk still expires after two minutes.
  • Coulrophobia
    • Added: While this perk is active, Healing Skill Checks for Survivors move 50% faster.

Survivor Perks Updates and New Features

  • Borrowed Time

    • Receive alerts when the killer within a 36-meter range revised your speed when fixing. Sabotaging, mending. Unhooking purifying blessing opening exit gates and unlocking increases by 2 to 4. Or 6 percent if the Killer nearby and has a clear line of sight on you. Spine Chill’s effects continue for 0.5 seconds after the Killer turns away or moves out of sight.   • Characters created by current players will receive prestige levels under the new system based on the following criteria:
  • +2 extra levels for each current Prestige level
  • A character with prestige level 1 will gain two levels, becoming prestige level 3 under the new system.
  • Whenever a character unlocks 70 or more Perks (counting each Perk Tier separately):
    • +1 level for 70-119 Perks
    • +2 levels for 120-169 Perks
    • +3 levels for 170-219 Perks
    • +4 levels for 220-269 Perks
    • +5 levels for 270-319 Perks
    • +6 levels for 320+ Perks

Matchmaking Incentives
