Where To Find All 4 Elemental Rod In Marvel’s Midnight Suns
You can find the Fire Rod by going to the Chapel. Once there, you can locate the object on the altar shown below.
Place of the Water Rod
You may find the Water Rod by going to the pool, which is situated near The Grotto. Once there, you can locate the rod just below the bridge that leads to the Barracks.

Where is the Air Rod?
You can obtain the Air Rod by going to the southwest corner of the map after meeting Agatha on the second night. There, you can use Open to access the Agatha’s Altar region and obtain the Air Rod.
Following that, turn right (north from the map view) until you get to another door, and that is where you will locate the Rod. Use Open once more and carry on the path to the Whispering Wood region. When you get there, look for the Air Rod on the altar seen below.
Where is the Earth Rod?
