In the Glory to CPSU quest, Prapor will ask you to locate his friend’s apartment in Tarkov’s streets. Oleg, a former captain, is a buddy of Prapor. He will request that you do so because Prapor hasn’t heard from him in a while. To finish the mission, you must locate his apartment and return to Prapor.
The address of Oleg’s flat is Chekannaya Street, and it is located inside the apartment building that is in front of SPARJA Grocery. Near the east side of the map, near to the Collapsed Crane extraction point, is SPARJA Store. Go to Chekannaya Street where you will see a building with a hole in the wall that you must enter.

Go to the left side after opening the front door. Open the door on the right side after passing through the hole in the wall and another hole. Open the first double door on the left side on the right side and proceed one floor up. You can see an open door on your right after opening the door and turning left. Enter the space, and you’ll find Oleg’s apartment there. A Red Cloth with various Badges made on it will be present.
Once you’ve located the residence, leave Tarkov’s streets and head to Prapor to finish the task.
