How To Defeat Lucian In Pokemon Brilliant Diamond & Shining Pearl. Lucian is a member of the Sinnoh Elite Four and a psychic-type fanatic. When players encounter her in Pokemon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl, she can be a formidable opponent. When most trainers lose to her seemingly unaffected Pokemon, they may find themselves back at the Pokemon League door.
Trainers must well prepared with all facts about Lucian and what to expect when they encounter her in order to defeat her. Lucian, like the other Elite Four members, only employs one type of Pokemon, which is the Psychic-type in her case. The following are the challenges that Trainers and their Pokemon will face.

Poison and Fighting-type Pokemon should avoided because they will be the most harmed by Lucian’s Pokemon. Bronzong and Alakazam are the most powerful of Lucian’s Pokemon. If Bronzong is slower than the trainers’ current Pokemon, it can perform the Trick Room status move, which allows it to attack first in the following 5 turns.
